  We offer a wide range of sequencing services, including ChIP sequencing, methylation sequencing, and targeted methylation sequencing on both Illumina and Nanopore platforms. We have extensive experience in assembling complete genomes of several bacteria and lower organisms and characterizing them for regulatory purposes. It is a great source of pride for us to be the first genomics company in India. We have worked with all genomes of all sizes and nucleic acids from various sources. Our highly skilled team has developed targeted panels for viruses such as Adenovirus, KFDV, SARS-CoV-2, Dengue, Chikungunya, and White spot syndrome virus. We specialize in estimating AMR-virulence convergence, enabling us to predict virulent strains that may be difficult to treat with conventional antibiotics. We also provide quality control services for vaccine producers, ensuring their formulation is free from any adventitious agents. Our RNA sequencing services cover the full spectrum, from mRNA to non-coding to small RNA sequencing, and we analyse both coding and non-coding RNA to gain insight into complex biological phenomena. Our expertise includes Ribo-footprinting, RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing, and a wide range of metagenome services, including targeted and whole genome metagenome and metatranscriptome. Our long amplicon metagenome approach offers better resolution of microbes up to the species level. Whole genome metagenome sequencing enables the identification of gene clusters, resistome, and novel pathways in a given environment.
