Shihlien Chemical Industrial Jiangsu Co. (SCJ) is mainly invested by the Chairman Mr. PS Lin, Taiwan Glass Group and other foreign investors. Because of its rich in 130 billion tons of salt mines, we have selected Huaian City to build this US$1.3 billion salt chemical facility, to manufacture soda ash and ammonium chloride, with a capacity of one million tons per annum each.
