To address the core challenges of "high costs and rapid activity loss" in traditional fermentation, we have transformed this technology into down-to-earth standardized facilities: dme-25 biosmart and dme-1000 bioultra. Under the carrier of "fermentation equipment + culture medium", various microbial strains can be tailored to high-activity propagation & cultivation solutions, by which end-users can produce high-activity microbe suspensions on-site instead of external procurement. Crop cultivation: it addresses continuous cropping obstacles, controls pests and diseases, and prevents seedling rot and plant mortality, while reducing chemical fertilizer usage by 8%–10% and pesticide application by 20%–50%. For cash crops, it increases yield by 10%–15% with an roi of 1:7 to 1:10; for field crops, it boosts yield by 5%–8% with an roi of 1:3 to 1:5. Animal husbandry: using probiotics produced on-site for animal feeding enhances immunity, reduces antibiotic use, and improves growth performance, with an input-output ratio as high as 1:10. Environmental remediation: through adsorption and neutralization of live microbes, as well as long-lasting microbial decomposition, it achieves over 95% removal rates for ammonia and hydrogen sulfide from air and wastewater, with long-lasting effects. Aquaculture: applying live microbes for water treatment and sediment improvement, affecting organic waste decomposition, bottom nutrients adjustment, water color balance, controlling ammonia, nitrite, and harmful vibrio.
