Bengbu star river crop straw biotech co. , ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "star river") is a member enterprise of bbca group and was established in november 2021 with a registered capital of 108. 70 million yuan, located in guzhen economic development zone, anhui province. As a demonstration factory supported by the ministry of industry and information technology, the initial purpose of the factory is: Ⅰ. Scientific experiment: star river has undertaken the core technologies of non-grain biomass sugar production（including process design, enzymolysis, professional equipment,etc）accumulated by bbca group for more than 20 years, focusing on the development of high-value utilization of straw. Ⅱ. Demonstration project: it mainly verifies the industrialization production data of 45,000 tons of straw sugar, and focuses on the data on the usage of enzyme preparation in large-scale production,and can produce 15,000 tons of straw sugar mixture and 30,000 tons of plant-based fulvic acid per year. At the end of 2022, the "15,000 tons per year of straw sugar co-production and the production of fulvic acid high-efficiency organic fertilizer" project built and operated by star river was completed and put into production and realized continuous and stable operation, it will fully utilize the straw resources and realize the high-value utilization of straw resources. The technical achievement has been evaluated by experts of the department of science and technology of anhui province on the indicators of technological innovation degree, technical indicators, technical difficulty and other indicators. The evaluation committee believes that the technical level has reached the international leading.
