Liaoning qianyi test and evaluation technology development co., ltd. (hereinafter referred to as qianyi evaluation) was established in 2009 and is located in building 136, xianghuai road, benxi economic and technological development zone, liaoning province. it aims to provide high-quality, scientific and fast registration and testing services and inspection and testing services for the national pesticide, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries. at present, it can provide technical services covering toxicological testing, pharmacodynamics, physical and chemical testing, microbiological testing and on-site sampling and testing. the company obtained the cma qualification certificate for drug testing in 2014, the cnas-glp certificate in 2016, and the first batch of approved pesticide registration test units by the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs in 2018, becoming the first batch of certified pesticide registration test units and obtaining all toxicology test qualifications. in march 2021, it obtained the qualification for testing herbicides and fungicides in the field of pharmacodynamics. at present, the company has more than 260 employees, more than 150 professional and technical personnel, all of whom have college degrees or above, including 4 doctors, 34 masters, and 69 undergraduates. comprehensive technical capabilities and rich glp work experience. in recent years, qianyi evaluation has been increasingly trusted by the client in the field of pesticide registration and testing of the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs of the people's republic of china, and is one of the few toxicology laboratories with complete capabilities and advanced technology in china, ranking among the top three in china. its contribution to the new chemical registration test of the ministry of ecology and environment of the people's republic of china continues to grow, its domestic market share is at the forefront, and the reputation of foreign registration business continues to improve, serving many large chemical and pesticide companies in japan, the united states, taiwan, vietnam and other large chemical and pesticide enterprises.
